Recipe Notes

Original recipe called for last addition of hops at 10 mins.
Dry hopped with 1oz of Willamette

Piny aroma, reminiscent of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, probably due to the Cascade hops. A bit light on the body, but plenty bitter. Some honey and flowery sweet notes. Not bade at all for a 1st batch.
